先用手或衣物死死压住，四肢压不住就上止血带，再打 120，上了就不松开。战地伤员里，休克前上止血带的活了九成，休克后才上的只活一成，该上没上的 5 个人全死了。扎在伤口上方，拧到血停，记下时间，别拿鞋带绳子代替。脖子和躯干只能压，不能扎。

坑别拿绳子、鞋带这类细东西代替，勒不住动脉还割破皮肤；上了也别隔一会儿松一下放放血。
